Our quality management system has been certified to the DIN EN ISO 9001 standards since January 1997. The certificate is issued for the product range "Production and sale of precision parts of stamping and reshaping technique with own tooling chamber". 

 

The continuous development and enhancement of our QM system is achieved by:

 

• Failure Mode an Effects Analysis (FMEA)

• Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)

• Management Evaluations

• Weak Point Analysis

 

The samples of new parts are inspected according to the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP/QS 9000) or according to the Production Process and Product Approval Procedure (PPF/VDA) and we give access to the composition of our products via International Material Data System (IMDS).
